UCRE – The Best Real Estate Franchise to Buy

From day one of my real estate career, I had intentions to one day open my own brokerage.

Personally, I had no desire to follow the crowd by joining a franchise nor had I any intentions to own a franchise brokerage as their one-size-fits-all approach was not appealing to me.

When I was approached by United Country with the opportunity to start a franchise, I agreed to a meeting. I wasn’t losing anything by hearing what they had to offer and truthfully, I was hoping I could apply some of the concepts to a future solo brokerage.
