Annual Convention

Our largest and most comprehensive training event of the year, the annual United Country Training and Awards Convention offers multiple days of breakout sessions from United Country leadership and expert guest speakers, updates on new tools and technology available to you and the vision for the company in the coming year to help you continue to grow your business.

Regional Training

We conduct training sessions each year in 20 locations around the country to make it convenient for entire teams to attend. Our regional training workshops are powerful one to two day events that allow you to learn advanced training in SEO, how to win more listings and best social media practices, plus the latest programs, tools and marketing strategies conveniently in your own area.

UnitedPower!

This immersive, week-long training session is essential for new brokers and agents, as well as those who want to get caught up on the latest United Country marketing programs, sales tools and technology. UnitedPower! goes into detail about how to best leverage the entire United Country program to maximize your listings and sales, with interactive presentations from company leaders and department heads, as well as a chance to meet the home office staff and network with your fellow United Country brokers, agents and auctioneers.
